9 Vastu Remedies That Quietly Open the Flow of Money (Without Breaking Walls)
Most vastu fixes don't need construction. These 9 are the ones I see actually shift my clients' financial luck — small changes, big results.

Vastu isn't about superstition
When people hear "vastu" they imagine breaking down a wall or shifting the kitchen. Real vastu is mostly about energy direction — which corners hold which kind of force, and how to align your daily habits with them.
These are 9 vastu remedies I've given clients in the last year that produced measurable shifts in their financial situation. None require construction.
1. The North-East corner stays clean
The North-East (Ishan) is the direction of Lord Kubera — the keeper of wealth. Keep this corner clutter-free, well-lit, and ideally with a small water element (fountain, fish bowl, even a bowl of clean water refreshed weekly).
2. Locker / safe faces North
Your cash locker should face North (so when you open it, you look North). North is the direction of wealth flow. If it faces South, flip it. This is the #1 remedy I prescribe to clients with stagnant savings.
3. The South-East kitchen flame
The stove should be in the South-East corner of your kitchen, and you should face East when cooking. Mismatched fire direction in a household correlates with mysterious financial leaks — bills appearing, unexpected losses.
4. No mirrors facing your bed
Mirrors facing your bed at night drain energy that's meant to recharge you for the next day's earning. Cover or relocate.
5. Front door painted bright
The main door is the mouth of the home. Paint it a vibrant colour — gold, deep red, dark green — and keep it spotless. Cracked or dirty doors block incoming wealth.
6. Place a Kuber Yantra in the locker
A Kuber Yantra (small etched plate) inside your safe or cash locker, energised on Diwali or your birthday, is a traditional and effective amplifier.
7. Avoid debt corner clutter
The South corner of your home is the South-zone of energy — and it's where unresolved debts accumulate energetically. Keep it clean, well-lit, and don't store broken items there.
8. A flowering plant at the entrance
A blooming plant (not cactus, not thorny) just inside your main door welcomes wealth energy. Tulsi is auspicious, but any flowering plant works. Keep it alive.
9. The 11-coin glass
Keep 11 coins (any currency) in a clean glass bowl on your work desk. Wash them with Gangajal once a month. Symbolises continuous flow — and works because your eye sees money daily, subtly reprogramming your subconscious.
What to do if money still feels stuck
These 9 are universal. But every home has unique direction quirks based on its layout. If you're feeling persistent financial blockage despite trying these, book a vastu home consultation — I'll review your floor plan and give you a personalised remedy map.
