This Privacy Policy explains how InsightVisions Astrology Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, stores and uses information when you use the InsightVisions website and mobile app.

1. What we collect

• Account: phone number, name, profile photo, email (optional).
• Birth details: date, time, place of birth — used to compute your kundli.
• Consultation history: chat transcripts, call durations, billed amounts.
• Wallet & orders: top-up history, gemstone / pooja orders, shipping address.
• Device: model, OS version, push token, anonymous crash diagnostics.

2. How we use it

• To run consultations and bill them per minute against your wallet.
• To compute astrological reports for you.
• To ship physical orders.
• To send transactional notifications (incoming calls, low balance, order updates).
• To send marketing notifications only if you opt-in.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with: Razorpay (payments), our SMS gateway (OTP), and our delivery partner (only the address you provide at checkout).

4. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@insightvisions.in. Deletion is processed within 30 days, retaining only invoice records as required by Indian tax law.

5. Retention

Consultation transcripts are retained for 12 months. Invoices and wallet ledger for 7 years (statutory). Push tokens until you uninstall the app.

6. Children

InsightVisions is for users aged 18 and above.

7. Updates

We will notify users in-app whenever we materially change this policy.
