These Terms govern your use of the InsightVisions website and mobile app operated by InsightVisions Astrology Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the service.

2. Nature of guidance

Astrological guidance is provided for spiritual and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You take full responsibility for any decision you make based on a consultation.

3. Wallet & billing

• You top-up your wallet using a supported payment method (Razorpay).
• Per-minute billing is automatic during consultations.
• Unused wallet balance is non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Cancellations & refunds

For physical orders, refer to our Refund Policy. For consultations, if the astrologer doesn't pick up or the call drops within the first minute, the billed amount is refunded automatically to your wallet.

5. User conduct

Harassment, abusive language, sexual content, or attempts to extract personal data about the astrologer will result in immediate account suspension without refund of remaining balance.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site and app is the property of InsightVisions Astrology Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us during that period.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: courts at Mohali, Punjab.
